Senior Project
Original Album Covers
After learning all of the details about what this project could be, I knew right away that I wanted to make album covers. Because we had never really done a project like this, I decided that in order to make it mine, I would use my own photography in every design. My senior project consists of 12 total album cover designs, three of which were chosen to fully mockup as 12.5×12.5 vinyls. To go with the three main vinyl mockups, I created three tour posters and three special designs for business cards. Additionally, I selected three special discs to go along with each vinyl.

Main Three
When making my three physical vinyl mockups, I made each panel 12.5 square inches. Printing Services did not have thick enough paper to give the vinyls a realistic feel, so I got them printed on the thickest provided paper, then asked for smaller, thicker pieces of paper to trim and glue to my prints. This gave the vinyls more dimension.

Three Tour Posters
For each physical vinyl mockup, I also decided to make tour posters for each album. I love going to concerts, and I always loved seeing how my favorite artists choose to design their tour posters. That is what inspired me for this part of the project.

Special Business Card Designs
In the process of getting everything printed and bringing it home, someone proposed the idea of making special business card for the Senior Show to go along with my project. I took my personal branding elements and replaced solid colors with some of the images used in my main three vinyls.
